What are your life's goals?,

If you want to earn lot of Money (I said LOT), then somewhere you cannot stick with this policy


if your goal in life is to earn to feed yourself and your family and give them optimum resourses they need and otherwise you get satisfaction not from Money but from doing your work with honesty and what you are getting. Then you can be honest

(Honesty is closely related with the people who are truely religious and who are God Fearing OR people who have firm beleif in their own principles and they never do any bad deeds becuase their inner self doesn't permit this, otherwise in today's senario the world is full of people who can go to any extent for feaching opportunity)

The Thirst of "WANT MORE" makes a Person Corrupt and Dishonest.

Honest person can also becomes Dishonest anytime due to number of reasons, out of topic.

So Honesty is the best Policy if you feel it is, Otherwise it is useless if you don't think good!

and What are the things that you think under Honest and Dishonest category! is your attitude and beleif.

Some people think that getting things done with someone's approach is Ok, others feel this is Bad Deed and led to Dishonesty


MR Y is an Honest person, he never takes bride and never do any illegal thing, he always respect his boss and colleagues, he also help many people in their personal matters. but if you see his work, then you will find that he do not perform his job with enthusiasm and do not work hard,



What can you say for him?.


He can be Honest, but if you see that he is not working with passion as one of the guys Sameer in same organisation, Sameer sometimes do some cheat in his daily report, he earns some extra money by writing fake report.


But Sameer is more productive than Suresh, Last Six Month Report says that Sameer is 3 times more productive than Suresh and thus more profitable for organisation.


What do you think who is Dishonest with his organisation?

I think both..........actually the firm's policy need to be improved u knw.........better contols and incentives to make them honest.

Both are dishonest...cause first person does not work hard, second person works but gets bribe which means both are not loyal...

i think 2nd guy is good . according to the companies policy result counts not laziness
