is it necessary to show the Purchase of Exempted goods in annexure I under TNVAT act ? Does the TNVAT act expressly deal with such situaations ? pls help....

Hi Subramani,
Yes it is required to show exempted goods purchase and as well as sales in the Anex I and II in the TNVAT with respective commodity code. Sec 19 will deals with this.
