I'm telling you how i improved my english. I'm from a place where hardly 5% people understand english but today i can speak in front of 100 people. Understand, the grammer is not very imp in your speaking english. Daily take a topic, and speak loudly, i.e. in audible voice, that topic for 5 min daily with checking the time. In start you may find it difficult but once you achieve 5 min, your confidence will speak. Next thing, start thinking in English. When you speak in ur mother tongue, it is easy cos u think in that language. same thing in english, just start thinking in english, this will surely help you. Read any english news paper and pick any area but read that fully woth knowing the meaninng of each and every wor. In case of any help just write on my personal mail ID. All the best

I agree with the "Thinking in English" suggestion. That's most important. Other than that... try talking to as many people in this language as you can. Also find a friend who is good at it and ask him/her to correct you honestly, even brutally if required.

try to read newspaper daily and tick some of the words which u don't understand and try to find out the meaning using dictionary,and try to use those words while speaking to others

or idea is stop thinking or guessing in ur mother tounge try to do it in english
