1. I think employers should respect the article atrainee.
   
2. They should guide he the trainees rather than shouting or humiliationg.
   
3. They should not give the trainees non audit work.
   
4. They should make over burden of  office work.
   
5. They should not make the articles to wirk for more than regular time fixed by the icai.
   I heard from some of my friends that during september they sed to work till 12 at night.

Very well articulated. It is indeed very important to constantly remember these as part of a CA firm's committment and responsibility towards the Articled trainees.  We at Vasan & Sampath, CA's, Bangalore make a serious effort on these lines.  Apart from the technical aspects, there a lot of focus on the other skills required and the mentoring process.  We have observed that, those efforts have really made a difference to several of those who have passed out of V&S.
