Which all company's need a TIN Number?
Does a LLP company who provides just service and is not into sales & purchase also need TIN number?
We are a library that lends cd's but we don't sell cd's, cd's have to be returned.

every firm, company is required to have TIN, and deduct the TDS on every eligible payment under sec.
individuals and HUF who are under tax audit previous year are also required to have TIN.
