Does anyone have timesheet format for articles?

Every firm has different timesheet format
Yeah but my hr told me to maintain timesheet on my own. so will I have to ask them for this format ?or will I have to prepare on my own ?
Ask your hr to provide or show you a template timesheet so that you can make
if they allow you to make your self one then google it there's you find different template
choose one and show to your hr for approval
