what is the time limit for re- registration of articlship after termination.

I want to terminate my articleship with mutual consent with my principal. He will give the extention for 2 to 3 month of my remaining articlship tenure.. Is it possible what is the time limit for re registration.. Is there any problem if gap of 4 to 5 mnth
Ur training get extended by that period... Thats all and nothing
