Time limit for holding AGM
What shall be the time limit for holding AGM if the company is incorporated on 8 March?

December 31 . ie, 9 months from the date of end of Financial year (1st provisio to sec.96 of Companies Act, 2013)

If company incorporated after December then it held AGM can be conducted within 9 months from the end of next financial year
AGM can be held within 9 months from the end of financial year in case financial year is the first financial year. On the other hand, first financial year can be of maximum 15 months in case company incorporated after 31 Dec.
