Dear Friend
Form-1B regarding conversion of Public company into private company will be filed with ROC with necessary paper including the requisite fee with in 3 months from the date of passing of special resolution for such conversion.
Regards
Is there notification or Extract to evidence the same that form 1B should be filled within 3 month in case of name change.
