Hello
I have just completed my CA final exams...Since there are almost two months left for the results, I want to make the best use of these 2 months. After CA, I wish to join internal audit in an industry. I wanted suggestions on any course that I can take up that can add weightage to my CV for future.
Please do give in your suggestions..

Just Have alook on Business Valuation and IFRS,USGAAP do these courses after completion of your Final since I think only members can do this course conducted by our Institute.In the mean while try to grasp these Knowledge in detail in the 2 months leisure time
HSR...dont go for any of the aove courses, if you specifically want to go for Internal Audits. You should move to Delhi and work for atleast 6 months there....I am naming some of those firms eg- Grant Thorton, Sahni Behl and Natrajan, N Behl & Co, SS Kothari Mehta & Co. These firms are one of the best firms in Internal Audits. If you work in these firms for atleast 6 months, you would make good possibility for entering in BIG 4's.
The above suggestion is for careers in Internal Audits.

@ Sviaram : do you know any institute that offers IFRS training for CA students. There are couple of them but thy offer it only for qualified people.
@ Sammet : I wish to join the industry's internal audit team in the future. Don't want to join any big4's as of now.
