thumb impression on ITR V

Respected Experts please help me if tax payers are illiterate and use to thumb impression on Pan Card. So ITR V for verify against thumb impression and send to cpc bengaluru becoz aadhar are not match pan card

yes. Send ack using thumb impression. OTP can also genereated by other means. like pevalidating bank accounts, generating using atm
