In your case threshold limit applicable Rs. 20 Lacs
Some practitioner CA told me that 40 lac threshold limit applicable for all supplies( supply of goods as well as supply of services ) are they correct ?
The 40 lakhs limit applicable only for supply of goods...
For supply of service or Goods and Services then limit is 20 lakhs..
For supply of service or Goods and Services then limit is 20 lakhs..
