Third party gst payment

Sir, A party is liable to pay gst but insted of A party B party can pay gst on behalf of A party ? please advise.

Practically it is difficult, sales invoice issued by A so B cant clear liability of A.

If proper agreement for payment is there then it is possible. without this legally can not pay.

There is no restriction in GST even other party pay the GST .
