Things to take care of when taking transfer ?

i have the same problm ,,,

U do not have to submit any work diary but in form no 109 u need to mention the no of weeks u have worked in areas of accounts , tax etc mentioned therin.

U should also keep a record of all the cheques whic u hve recvd frm ur first firm for the no of months u hve worked.

Fill the form of transfer very correctly especially how much leave u have taken till date and also take signature of principal at all places where its required along with other details of principal lik FRN No, M.no  etc take a photocopy after  filling in all the details correctly.

SAME FORM 102 AND 103 WITH BALANCE PERIOD

Same as u did for Joining ur first firm but in new firm submit the photocopy of form 109 duly signed by previous employer.

yah.........agree with friends...........but form 109 submission in new firm is not compulsory..............

n before submitting from 109 ,there any need to send application for aproval of tansfer??

For 1 st year of articleship its not required otherwise required.

Without his signature u cannot take transfer legally.

So his signature is required.

CAN TAKE TRANFER AT ANY TIME WITOUT ICAI's PERMISSION BYDIRECTLY SUBMITTING FORM 109. IN 1 ST YEAR.
