That's what the difference between a novice & experienced, and there may be things you doesn't know about, so how small ur mistake may be it catches eyes but what blunders experienced have committed are never seen by others.
Sorry, if u take it otherwise but I am getting what u want to tell, one small mistake of a novice catches eyes of all but nobody says a word to those who commits blunders.

And this thing one should note that Silence doesn't do any good, you have to open up & take stand against evil souls, it's the only solution, Being silent for long time only increases strength of wrong doers.
