Tell the complete online and offline process of Dear Sir GST Refund, how and when the refund can be claimed in how many days, if Gstr2 If Bill is not doing the show, then how will he get a refund for those bills and what to do if the officer is upset

The Application is online. Refund is possible only for those bill which get reflected in GSTR 2A. Officer will be upset for all small reasons. Upload all declarations.

Best way to get GST refund is by doing IGST paid exports and Purchasing at full rate. Refund of accumulated ITC on account of exports without payment of GST has become a cumbersome procesa

There can be a lot of mistake when filing for making gst payment. You may also end up paying excess GST due to this. The amount to refunded is the excess amount shown as the balance in the Electronic Cash Ledger. The balance in Electronic Cash Ledger can be refunded by submitting an application in form RFD01 on the GST Portal /GSTN. The excess GST paid can be claimed as refund within 2 years from the date of payment. A full or part of payment applied for may have been rejected via a notice issued by the authority. After completing the due date the final order will be issued by the authority within 60 days from the date of the receipt of refund application..
