Dear Venkatesh, As far auditing is concerned you need to concentrate on followig topics: (a) AAS-32 to AAS-35. (b) Ca amendment Act 2006 and also the Rules. (c) Latest RBI Circulars for revenue recognitions applicable to Banks. regards, Vikas

for Direct taxes u'll need Taxation amendment Act,2006; all new case laws that are published in CA journals in case of indirect taxes.. please go through them thoroughly.. and to know in details the amendments required do go through the students newsletter for evey month...all the best... do well..
