Thats very rare sonal, i mean, usually, doctors do prescribe some time for rest or discontinuance from articleship... So, ur point is very valid, rather a possible reason for denial even... Bt still, i think it should not be the reason....

Yes , u r right. Do u know anything about change in rules in Feb when new president will come?

One thing more, as u hav mentioned that institute has ameded clause of medical reason. but no notification or circular as such.

Oh... is there any change in rules for transfer in articles expected to come??? I have no clue about that

Dear sir, 

My CA terminated my articleship but at the time of uploading form 109 he uploaded wrong documents which is not form 109.

Now I want to know when my termination will be rejected.

Will it be accepted by RO or not...??

Please let me know it's urgent. It's the question of my career.
