what termination of articleship means -
does the service paid will be cancled or can be considered ?
suppose a article clerk has taken termination of his articleship for any reason and after 4 or 6month he want to start again the article ship with different principal.
is he liable to serve the article ship of remaining period again without cancellation of prior traning he had ?
