Termination of Articleship

hi what you have heard is right to some extent. It so happens that many a times, when the student transfers/terminates, it may not happen on good terms. If he keeps doin it every now and then, the CA firms feel that he is ditching ppl. From my experience, i do not know any of the big 4 have no such criterias. Nor do any of the mid-size national level firms have. I maybe wrong, but I have just shared my experience.

Sorry I disagree with you.Termination can take place based on Mutual consent.It is not right to say that I did'nt like the firm and the Partner. It would suave to say some other reason based on our studies. In Big four many are on tour.So they cannot go for tutions.In mid size they are not rigid and at the same time you can't spend time like an Individual. Exactly say why you termainated then you can be justified

if a person transfers from a small to med. or med. to big firm then we and the accepting company can clearly see why the person is taking transfer. so i dont think that changing company for the sake of career growth is a wrong thingand companies also understands this fact. one can suspect a person when he changes his job from one firm to the other which is on the same scale. but then also there can be many reasons like proximity from ur home etc. so chill out and dont worry bout these small things. concentrate on ur studies an cursing ur principal.
