hello sir/mam,
i started my articleship from 23rd march 2010 and took transfer on 10th march 2011 after filling termination form. now since i have completed my 3 year articleship period. i need to fill up form 108 again, so my query is do i need to mention the details from 23rd march 2010 or from 11th march 2011 .

If there is option in form 108 then u have to fill it other u may not required to do so.
