Termination form for articleship

R u 100% sure the difference days will be marked as absent..??

i came to know that we have to join the other firm within 1 month of termination date... is it so..???

But If you take too much time to join a new firm, your Final attempt will get postponed! So calculate the cut off date and join a firm before that date!

im badly in need of help. due to some personal issues at work place i need to terminate from articleship.

i have served under my current employer for 6 MONTHS and have taken 2 months leave for my ipcc may exams. unfortunately due to personal issues i want to discontinue my ca studies.

The current employer where im working has spoken to be in an ill mannered way and that has totally made me loose interest in pursueing my ca studies. 

i am totally shattered with this misbehaviour at workplace. 

PLEASE HELP ME OUT.. i wana terminate asap..

1)form 109, if transfer is after one year of articleship prior permission from icai is mandatory if 109 submitted with out any prior permission of icai is not considered

there is no time fixed for re-registration of articles but it is recommended to re-registrations asap,

hope u maintaining work dairy duly authorized by ur employer for future reference

and u need to submit 109 along with id obtained under old employer

can date of joing of articles should be previous to the date of franking,,eg i hv joined on 31/1/14 and i hv franked 102 on 5/2/14... so can i put date of joing in form 103 as 31/1/14 ...is it valid???? 

 

Hi.. Plz help me for re-registration...Actually i registered before on 23rd october 2013 and now i wanted to change it in the month of January 2014 to the same firm can i do it..Will it affect my tansfer in future to another firm..pls advice..

i had taken termination on 24.02.2015,and i had not joined in any firm till now,

i send my form 109 to icai.please suggest me with in how many days i should join the new firm and with in how many days i should send form 102 & 103 to icai.

if there is any delay in joining the new firm whether it will extend my training period if so how many months ?

my friend said that an article student can take 150 days leave without affecting the article period

in my old firm i had already taken a leave of 63 days.

i want to know with in how many days i should join new firm without any  extention in articles period.
