Termination

Hi everybody,

        I have finished 2 years and 10 months of articleship at chennai.

       I applied termination on the grounds that my father got transfer from chennai  to vellore which is 150kms away from previous one, but i got  letter stating my termination can not be approved as it was not covered under the rules.

Besides my father got transfer on may 2010 and i applied for termination on may 2011 (due to some other reasons), which makes them to reject my termination.

Please tell me that there is any time limit for applying termination on such grounds (Father's Transfer)

And Please give me a suggestion.
