Baiscally there is limit of the Turnover i.e is 5 lac in most of the state for the VAT Registration but in some cases if the shopkeeper is dealing in the VAT eligible products and their custmoer or dealer asking for the VAT Invoice due to credit then he has to apply for the Delhi VAT Registration.
