How is Tejpal Sheth's Book for Corporate & Allied Laws as compared to Munish Bhandari & other authors??

I suggest tejpal sheth.. friendly lang. Munish bhandari has all bareact.. however handbook is good....

Hmm munish bhandari is better for reference because of coverance of case on each imp section
