How is Tejpal Sheth's Book for Corporate & Allied Laws as compared to Munish Bhandari & other authors??

I will suggest that go for Munish Bhandari

I suggest tejpal sheth.. friendly lang. Munish bhandari has all bareact.. however handbook is good....

Yes handbook only sufficient for revision along with p.manual

Hmm munish bhandari is better for reference because of coverance of case on each imp section
