Technical issue in Form 7 for LLP DPIN

I am stuck here filling FORM 7 for DPIN. Form & doesn't accept my full name.

My Full Name: Bhanu Pratap Singh Slathia
Digital Signature Name: Bhanu Pratap Singh Slathia

Form 7 validation Error: Given middle name does not match with the name of certificate.
Name accepted in the form 7: Bhanu Pratap Slathia

Form 7 is not accepting the space in my middle name

I called up the customer care(Ministry of corporate affair) they gave me phone number of some technical person(Mr. Suresh), who was very very rude and he asked me to get in touch with Digital Signature company and get my name changed to Bhanu PratapSingh Slathia i.e get the space removed from my middle name.

I have filled the form online and its been rejected and status changed to resubmit, I have also couried all my documents to them by post.

I am a web developer myself, its purely technical problem with there form which doesnt accept space in the middle name but they just don't want to rectify that problem, they rather want me to get my named changed to something simple thats fits into there form easily :-)

Bureaucracy at it's best :-(

Is there any other way out? I have also mailed the customer support(Ministry of corporate affair) and still awaiting there reply?

Does anyone know how the procedure of getting the name changed in MTNL Class 2 digital signature?

Bhanu,

I am not sure how (& if) name in digital certificate can be changed. But whatever you want to try with MTNL, do it before 30th Dec because there is a possibility that MTNL may stop DSC services completely after this year ends. Today I went to MTNL office at Malabar Hill in Mumbai to submit my application for Class II DSC & they told me to claim my certificate and complete entire process WITHOUT FAIL before 30th Dec since they are not sure whether MTNL will continue to provide DSC services.

I am sure you would know but these are the helpline numbers for MTNL Trustline which issues DSC -

I think i will just apply for a new one, that will be easier then getting this one changed.

Can 1 person have 2 digital signatures?

Dear professionals,

Due to permanet confusion on First/Middle/Last name at different govt. forms & different places, I have removed my middle name (part of father name) by submitting DIN-4 form. MCA have made the changing & now my full name have only First & Last name. But My MTNL DSC still have middle name. First and Last name are same at both DIN & DSC.

name correction looks like not possible with MTNL. Whether i need to get new DSC for further uses at MCA & LLP sites or the old DSC (with middle name) will work. I feel like MCA/LLP programms compare DSC detils with details in forms uploading for example DPIN eform7.

Any experience???
