A doctor is working in a hospital but TDS is deducted under 194J instead of 192 and it is reflected in form 16A...Which ITR is to be used ITR 1 or ITR3?

file ITR 4 U/S 44ADA
use ITR-3 because..in ITR-1 their no clear for professional services
there are 2 options in this case:
1. tell TDS Deductor to revise the TDS Return if revised by Deductor then you can file ITR 1
or
2.and if you wany to show under 194J then
you can file ITR 4 in presumptive basis u/s 44ADA if income not subject to audit
