If we purchase some goods from a supplier for value Rs 57 lac. Out of this aprx Rs 51 lac used for resale and rest of 6 lac used as busuness promotion activity. Is TDS applicable on total purcahse above 50lac (7 lac) or only 1 lac which is used for resale. please guide.
