Tds under two different sections on single invoice

Suppose there is a vendor and he is providing rental services of building to a co. as well as also providing transport services to the same co.
And he issues single invoice for these two different services.
As per law, tds on rental service should be deducted @ 10% and tds on transport service should be deducted @ 2%/1%.

Now query is that whether upon a single invoice, provision of two different tds sections can be applied or not simultaneously ????
