TDS u/s 195, on Import of Raw material

What will be the TDS rate on raw material Imported, under section 195 of Income tax act? whether it will taxable or not?
It is not computer software.

Hi, Import of raw material is not subject to TDS. See CBDT circular 23 of 1969. Regards Vineet

Whether payment for import of Finished Goods manufactured on company's behalf with company logo on it is applicable for TDS
