Yes @ 2% if amount paid is more than Rs.180000
if the rent paid is more than 180000 then tds @ 2% will be deducted u/s 194i
TDS is to be deducted for the use of any machinery or plant or equipment @ 2%, if rent paid exceeds Rs.1,80,000/- during Financial Year
