One of the party transfer land on lease to partnership firm , and partnership firm again transfer to third party then in such case tds levy u/s 194 (I-A) ?

Dear Rathod,
In my opinion TDS will be deducted on payment of lease rent u/s 194I..........
194IA is applicable in case of sale of immovable property.....
