When a company deduct TDS on salary on 31-03-2008. When will be the due date of tax deposit? 07-04-2008 or 31-05-2008. pls tell.

TDS to be deducted on the date in which you are accounting the salary as expenditure and the same to be remitted on 07th April 2008
With respect to payment of TDS, Except Salary All other payments made or credited on 31.03.2008, the due date is 30th may where as for salary it is 7th april only
