Please tell me that threshold limit for any payment, amount equal to threshold limit is liable for the TDS deduction or more than threshold limit TDS is applicable

Hello,
TDS is applicable only when any amount under respective sections exceeds threshold limit. No tds is liable when amount equals to threshold limit
