TDS return was processed with default for challan date mismatch. For the reason I got a intimation of short payment to the extent of challan mismatch. The challan status was showing unclaimed in the status bar.
Thereafter, I filed a correction statement by adding challan to the statement. The return was again processed with default for short payment. The challan status is changed from unclaimed to claimed but the balance laying with challan remains unutilized.
Kindly guide how do I deal with the issue ?

You may submit online correction request from traces again
Need to check the details first, either mail me default statement or message me user id or password
It is clear that date of challan is wrong and correct challan is already added to the statement that was the right way
How can you decide without checking the details.
Read the query, queriest has clearly specified that the demand is due to wrong date entered for a particular challan
Okk, you have to file again correction statement and add PAN from one challan to other
