RPU 4.5 and FVU 8.0
While creating file using RPU 4.5, an error report that "the version of RPU used is an old version" message is coming.
Uninstall n install
Download it again NSDL and try again
Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still not working
Form 27A is not getting generated while validating the tds return.. Pl help, downloaded the latest version of RPU 4.5 but still not able to generate form 27A
Remove all your java application.
install Java 8.1 update 32bit.

Every system the same error occurs
Download RPU and FPU from NSDL and extract the both files and try again. You may not face any issues
Finally I succeeded after removing latest JAVA and installing JAVA Version 341. It works
