TDS returns, urgent help me please

I u can claim refund u/s 195if TDS has been deducted twice by mistake but  i ll say ask this in expert section they will confirm it.

Do one thing, Revise the returns with Old TAN

In revising the same select the reason as deletion, and delete all deductee records, so that getting twice in Form 26AS will be rectified

You will have to write to NSDL requesting them to delete the previous TDS returns with old TAN, giving them all the supportings. It will take time but I think the matter will be resolved.

You need not worry just do one thing please filed revise TDS return with new TAN no. where u will be able to rectify your mistake in this way your client will not be able to take twice benefit and your query will resolved about the client problem then send a request to NSDL about next tds retun which is filled with new TAN attaching (tds retrun of both return) requesting that we filling tds return twice for for one period and requesing to delete the same. for any quey send me mail at atulkumar083 @ yahoo.co.in

Please cancel your new application first.

then revised your old application for new TAN no. only

your problem will solved.
