PAN number of deductor & Authorised person must be mentioned in Form 27A where the details of Company is mentioned. Download conso file for the quarter and open it in RPU you will surely find it or else you can add manually the name, pan of the authorized person. The authorized person should be the same as TDS master.

Before requesting for correction change the authorised person details in the profile section. If you are using your DSC then your name should be entered as authorized person.

Please register your dsc at traces account.Then request for correction and request for correction in personal details.Copy the profile details. Now submit the file using your dsc and proceed.

We do correction FY 2014-15, through TRACES. When trying to submit through DSC it showing “PAN of Authorized / Responsible Person as per Personal Information of the correction and as per TRACES Profile should be same. Please update the PAN of the Authorized / Responsible Person in the correction file.” Could you please help us in this regards.
