Hi.....
When the number of deduction records are less than 3, then enter the actual number of records details and leave blank in remaining fields.

Agree with Harish. Enter the actual deductee details. Leave the other columns blank and proceed.

i m disagree with mr. ram, where only one record then fill one cloum field other two colum left blank same pan is not allowed.

5 (g) If distinct deductee detail record in the statement is less than three then provide available distinct combination of PAN of deductee and corresponding deducted amount.
receently I did not download any file which has less than 3 records.
If your experience speaks different from mine or the instructions manual then you may ignore.
