Quick Summary
The due date for TDS returns for the first quarter of the financial year 2020-21 has been extended. This extension, confirmed by Notification No. 35/2020 dated 24.06.2020, pushes the deadline to 31st March 2021. Yes, Extended to 31st March 2021 as per Taxation and Other Laws (Relaxation of Certain Provisions) Ordinance, 2020 read with Notification No. 35/2020 dated 24.06.2020
