Hi we just have TAN number allotted to us in Feb 2022, our LLP has not started any business, we dont have Traces login yet, are we suppose to file TDS return yet?

TDS return only needs to be filed if you have deducted any TDS.
You may skip the filing since you are not required to file Tds returns
