SIr/Madam, If there is late deduction of TDS, i.e, if TDS of Q3 is deducted in Q4, and is filed with Q4 return with the payment of late deduction interest, Is late payment fee also applicable to that amount?

No late filling fee will be applicable if you file nil return for q3 or not file return for q3 as there is no entries in q3.

The correct action is that if TDS of Q3 has been deducted late, it should be deposited along with applicable interest and should be shown in Q3 not in Q4.
