FOR THE PERIOD FY 10-11,ON 31st MARCH, INTEREST ON UNSECURED LOANS WAS BOOKED AS OUTSTANDING & THE RELATED TDS WAS DEPOSITED ON 30th of APRIL,2010.WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR FILING TDS RETURN & FOR ISSUE OF TDS CERTIFICATE.

TDS Certifcate has to be issued with in one month from the end of month which the deduction made. incase deductee request consolidated certificate, that can be issued yearly once. if you are issuing consolidated certificate once in year then till 30th april it should be issued.
