Tds return filed but misplaced token no

Hi Deeptiji,

If you have misplaced the receipt, you can get the duplicate from the agency where you have filed the same. As far as generating of TDS Certificates is concerned, once you get the receipt, you can generate the certificates.

What if i want the PRN of FY 2010-11. Can i get the same by approaching the agency.

Sir I have misplaced the Token Number of TDS return of all the four quarters

of the Financial Yera 2009-09. Can I get the same from the agency where i have filed the returns

if u have the digital signature than no need for token number because if we register our digital sigature than after TRACES site, Than they ask us only one time for verification after that we have to just digitally sign for all request whether is it for conso or justification or TDS certificate.

so go to profile and register digital signature than logout and login again than only one time we reqired to file information for any quarter than after upto same session login we can apply for anything like justification or coso for any year

1-U can download CONSOL file by attaching digital signeture(KYC verification of any  available qtr TDS/TCS details),

2nd attach consol file with the software like ZEN TDS  for revise return

3rd in correction section U can find ORIGINAL PRN with PRN of latest correction.(PRN of latest correction also require for online correction)

4th Also U can find 1st and last 4digits of the PRN no in log in TRACE---STATEMENTS STATUS--feed FY ,QTR & Form

Login

then try to download the conso file of which quarter you want.

there you can find 2 options 1. With dsc validation 2. Normal validation

You select 1st option that is DSC Based Validation

after selcting that you choose the statement which you already have all the data(If any statement no problem)

after validating you can download conso file from traces (from 2008-09 it is availed)

afterdownloading Conso file open the same by using text file.

there you can get the token receipt number.
