Can you pls let me know whether TDS return needs to be filled prior the Statutory Audit for a Private Limited Company.

File the return on time..... For March by June 15, Now revised to 15 May
In case any new thing is noticed TDS short deducted or TDS not deducted the same can be corrected by filing a revised return......
