We deduct tds on lottery prize @ 30% but the deductees are not having their pan no.
Is it necesaary to file tds return with no pan no. ???

YES YOU SHOULD DEPOSIT TDS AND FILE TDS RETURN
Yes you have to file return then he can get tds amount as refund.For Filling e-TDS In RPU(Return preparaton utilitiy) please mentione in PAN No places as"PANNOTAVBL" and file the return.after processing the return please download the Transaction based report instead of Form 16A.
