I wanted to file TDs return of public sector unit of government what is the procedure?

procedure is same as for others. first deposit tds. then fill challan detail in rpu. after that fill deductee details. validate rpu and generate fvu file. then upload fvu file at nearest tin-fc.

Is department has its own utility free for tds return filling
