I have filed Qtrly TDS Return april-june & july-sept and for oct-dec their is no transaction shall in filed qtrly return? pl reply.

You can file nil return

TDS treturn is to be filed if any TDS is deducted in a quarter. If no TDS is deducted, You need not file return. However to avoid giving explanation to IT Department later, better you file return as NIL TDS
