Tds rejection in traces

I have filed more than 3 times revised tds returns. The fuv file gets accepted provisional in income tax portal but in traces it is getting
rejected it says validate for total tax amount deposited.
We are file for FY 2020-21 Q2

We also have segregated the interest amount
