Tds refund showing in traces but not received

my traces account shows that IT departarment has processed ecs of my tds refund of rs 4111 of fy 2012-13 on 16/2/2014,but i have not received the same in my bank account nor received any letter for error in bank details

i contacted CPC they cant guide either.what to do?

Check your ITR and see if you have made a mistake in writing correct bank account number.

check your bank statement between 10th and 25th feb.. it would have been credited... or else check on tin nsdl website for status of your refund... if it has not been credited to your bank a/c the first verify bank detail given in itr otherwise take print out of status of refund and visit your AO for further remedial steps.
